Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, no fine print.

01How much does Super Flaps cost?

Pricing varies slightly by flap length and kickplate finish. Online ordering opens October 2026 — reach out and we'll get you exact pricing for your setup in the meantime.

02Why don't you make this for other trucks?

Because the Super Duty's hitch layout is exactly what makes the 4-in-1 design work. Stretching it to fit other trucks would mean giving up what makes Super Flaps different in the first place. Other models may come eventually — not yet.

03What colors and finishes are available?

Black powder coat frame, with your choice of a black or stainless steel kickplate.

04How do I know what flap length I need?

It depends on your trailer/camper setup and coverage preference — lengths run 9" to 22". Not sure? Order long: it trims easily with a utility knife and a 1/4" drill for remounting holes. 12" is the standard length for a stock Super Duty and fits nicely for most setups.

05What tools do I need to install it?

Basic hand tools — no drilling required. Full list on the How It Works page.

06How do I order, and how do I pay?

Online ordering opens October 2026, with payment by e-transfer and a choice of local pickup or shipping. Until then, contact us and we can walk you through options.

07Do you ship outside of Canada?

Canada only for now. We're keeping an eye on cross-border logistics before expanding south.

08Can I buy just the mud flaps, without the full set?

Yes — flaps-only sets are available for replacements or if you already run a compatible step/mount setup. Reach out and we can go over options.

09Do I need to modify my exhaust?

Not usually, but gas-engine Super Duty trucks with a modified or aftermarket exhaust may route exhaust directly into the step area. If your exhaust has been modified from stock, check clearance before ordering — this setup may not be compatible.

10Will Super Flaps definitely fit my truck?

Every truck is set up a little differently — trim packages, aftermarket bumpers, exhaust, and prior modifications can all affect fit. Check the Fitment page for your exact year, model, and axle setup, and reach out first if anything about your truck isn't stock.

11Can I run Super Flaps with a 5th wheel?

Yes. Super Flaps can stay mounted even without a hitch puck/insert holding them in place — they tuck out of the way of your 5th-wheel hitch while still giving you the mud protection.

12Will it interfere with my backup sensors or BLIS?

No — Super Flaps won't interfere with factory parking sensors or your Blind Spot Information System.
